Thanksliving Day on Nov. 27, 2025
Asha's Farm Sanctuary
Visiting Center
2969 Coomer Road, Newfane, NY, 14105
Our Thankful Hearts and Hooves Pay It Forward Thanksliving Dinner invites individuals who can afford to pay for their meal to participate in a community feast that emphasizes compassion for animals and generosity and support for those in need by Paying It Forward. This means paying attendees are encouraged to pay for their meal while also covering the cost of another person's meal who cannot afford it, creating a ripple effect of kindness. Those who cannot afford a meal can support the event by learning about volunteer opportunities, helping to serve and uplift others. All the proceeds will be Paid Forward to feed the rescued cows of Asha's. This way, the gathering ensures that everyone contributes to the well-being of the community while fostering a spirit of togetherness and compassion for both humans and animals alike.
The sanctuary will be open for self-guided tours to meet the rescued cows and explore our nature trail. Our Visiting Center is climate controlled and handicap accessible.
Dinner plates will include turk'y with all the fixin's, mashed potatoes, salad, corn and pumpkin pie. Apple cider, coffee, tea and water will be available. All food and beverages will be animal friendly (vegan) in honor of the cows and animals everywhere!

This Thanksliving, let's gather together with thankful hearts and hooves. The image you see is more than just a meal; it's a promise of community and kindness, representing the vegan feast we're preparing for anyone in need. Our delicious spread of turk'y, gravy, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, sweet corn, salad, pumpkin pie and apple cider will be completely free for our neighbors who are struggling this season.
But our mission extends beyond the table. This is a "Pay It Forward" event, where we invite those who can afford a meal to contribute and cover the cost for someone who can't. You can also simply donate a meal to help us feed even more people. Together, we can create a ripple effect of generosity, ensuring that everyone can enjoy a warm, delicious meal and feel the spirit of the season. Your support will help us nurture both our community and our cherished rescued animals.
